Default Since SOME say 800 is throttled "agressively"

I have watched a youtube review today and the reviewer said of the snapdragon setup in the nexus that it is aggressively throttled. I have overclocked all my PCs for more than 10 years and I was wondering if the nexus 5 can be overclocked?

You will need a custom kernel and (maybe) a tweaking app.

Not sure if I'd personally worry about faster. Dang thing is really fast in stock clothes. Don't forget, you start boosting CPU and/or voltage, you are eating more battery as well.
