Default Can Nexus tablets do this?

I was blown away by how good the Note 10.1 multitasking looks in this video. Can the Nexus tablets do this? I couldn't find any good videos to compare Nexus Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 Multitasking demo - YouTube.

The Nexus 7 can't do the split screen multitasking, but you can get a pop up video player.

Touchwiz and most aspects of it are Samsung proprietary software

In short, no. Like Rxpert mentioned before, that particular feature is something Samsung cooked up for their own tweaks to Android. There are multiple options available for apps that float above whatever you're working on though (not just video players either). I've seen/used floating calculators, browsers, note pads, IM clients, and I'd wager there are more. While theynmight not be as cleanly bifurcated as what Samsung does, they still work well in a pinch.

That's pretty impressive. If I didn't already have a tf300 that I don't use much since I got the N7 I would have to pick one up.
