Default Bluetooth tethering a N4 to a N7

I have a N4 & a N7 (both 4.3) and we are going to a French campsite where we have to purchase (expensive) WiFi that is limited to one device.

I have found out how to use Bluetooth Tethering so that the N7 can share the N4's internet connection via WiFi. This seems to work quite well.

There seems to be no similar Bluetooth Internet sharing capability on the N7.

I would rather use the N7 as the prime internet device and share its internet with the N4.

Does anyone know a way of doing this?

Look into an app called OpenGarden in the Google Play store.
