Got a new N7 and first thing I wanted to do is put that ROM on (love it on the S3) .. Did the usual - wipe etc. etc. and then used the Root Toolkit to unlock / root and install custom recovery - from there I installed the ROM
and did another set of wipes ...

As soon as PA loaded, I was greeted (after the initial setup) with the error that the Launcher stopped working / responding.

I then installed NOVA as I intended to use it anyway - that one also crashes.

In addition gapps seems to be very unstable as well - it flickers and keeps loading one particular app - I can search and install apps but going to the home of gapps is impossible, as it keeps going back to 'Current' (the app I am referring to).

Anyone seen this before ?

It seems to be a bad download. Have you checked the checksum?

Oh yea - downloaded a few times and checksum was (apparently) fine.

I might just do a nandroid and give it another shot one day ..
