Default Latest SuperSu update broke root

Anybody else have the same problem. Every thing was fine till the latest update. My ROM is SmoothRom 4.3

Seems to be quite ROM specific, post by Jon_ltd is same issue. Sounds like re- rooting and re flash the ROM is the fix.
