Default 4.3 update with MultiRom?

I have a Wifi Nexus 7 running TWRP and MultiRom. Internal rom is stock 4.2.2 jdq39, additional rom is XenonHD. I would like to update the internal to the new 4.3 update. I obviously cant install via ota so I need to know how to make this happen. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Here's the 4.3 download: Can't find OTA 4.3 ROOTED

Make sure you make a backup in recovery and wipe everything (both caches and data).
