I purchased Launcher Pro a while back but haven't used it under ICS.
Maybe I'll give it a go with the Nexus 7 to give me a more standard tablet UI...

I like mine vanilla, and this thing so far the easiest way I can describe has been a 7" version of my Galaxy Nexus which is just what I wanted

Apex just hasn't done me well. Looks cleaner, but runs a lot clunkier and lags much more frequently. Nova is pure speed for me, however

It's ADW-EX Launcher and One More Clock widget. I liked One More Clock so much I bought the paid version. A lot of different customizable clocks.

If it is like the GNex you press and hold Volume Down and Power simultaneously. It may take a few tries to get the hang of it, but once you do its easy.

I heard on reddit that you need to push volume up and volume down at the same time.

It's the same as ICS. Volume down and power button. That's how I captured my home screen.

If I may recommend something that worked great in the Incredible forums for the Show your Homescreen thread, please post what apps, widgets, icons, etc. you're using. That way we can somewhat keep the thread here uncluttered with multiple what is this and what is that posts.
