To be honest, we really don't know. The Samsung Galaxy Nexus phone has a 3-pin connector like the Nexus 7's 4-pin, but really nothing of much use ever came from it. There are a couple of charging docks that have audio out ports but nothing aside from that. I'm afraid they're pretty useless at this point. I think Google wants this to be a standard design feature so you don't wear out the USB connector plugging and unplugging things, but it hasn't caught on very well.
Forthcoming like the one for the Toro Galaxy Nexus?
Since it's not messed up by Verizon it will probably be out fairly soon.

Already have a keyboard and case so not sure there's anything else of use for me.
Had they launched docks the same time as the tablet perhaps I'd think about it, but now is just too late.

they are called pogo pins and are for use with a charging dock, not sure if they support multimedia or not.
