Dead Space Android - Nexus 7 OTG compatible?

Hi guys, I'm about to buy Dead Space in the Android sale (sorry I can't link but be sure to check it out, its £0.71!)

But before I download please can anybody tell me if I can use the on the go cable and connect a controller to play it?
I am on unrooted Nexus 7 but do have the media importer which I can confirm works with; Max Payne, GTA3 & OnLive.

I'm holding out hope that Dead Space will be compatible too. Surely EA can't do a Gameloft and ignore controllers?

I see this as being more of a nexus 7 question than the specific game. I moved you over to the nexus 7 forum where hopefully someone can answer your otg question.
