Default What files/folders do I delete..?

I'm trying to free up space on my 16Gb & after deleting quite a lot of apps/games via Easy Uninstaller there is barely any more space.
How do I know which files & folders to delete without screwing up anything else..?
I've had a look in various folders, but don't recognize any of the names.

Thanks.

Without root, anything you have available to you can be deleted without hurting anything.

Look under "settings" "storage" to see what is taking up all the space on your tablet

This is root about , that you cannot delete files that you dont know. Kind like a protection for the customer.

Yes I am sure about that. If you aren't rooted, you don't have access to the system files the device needs to function.
