I have a Nexus 7 with a faint outline of a circle 1 inch diameter maybe on the screen..have to tilt it to see it..see it when its off or on with a black background which make it show..Have to tilt to see it....been like this from day one..thought it would wipe off but itn doesn't anyone know what's going on?

i moved you to the nexus 7 forum where folks who have your device can chime in.

i do not have your device, nor have i heard of this before. hopefully others here can help out. you might have a hardware issue....maybe a factory reset? you will loose data if you do. if that does not work then it might be the screen.

Definitely don't have it on mine. I would consider it a flaw and contact Google warranty support. Then again, I am pretty OCD.
