Wouldn't surprise me. No reason for it to not get a refresh.

Me neither. Ive learnt over the years to not wait for the next 'big thing' but enjoy whats available. With eBay, I can usually recoup 75% of my gadget price anyways - that is, if the newer version is worth switching to..

I wouldnt upgrade. Paying for a data plan for a tablet never made sense in my use.

I can tether through my phone. I also don't need a data plan on my tablet. That would just be one more bill.

I've heard that Google is going to 1920x1200 resolution on the Nexus 7 this summer, ahead of Apple putting a Retina display on the iPad Mini.
I can tether off of my phone if I need to use a tablet where I don't have WiFi.

Re: New nexus 7
Yeah that's what I do as well. As expensive as the data plans are from Verizon it makes adding a tablet a little ridiculous. Tethering is the way to go. Definitely looking forward to the hd display tho.

Re: New nexus 7
I agree that few tablet plans are reasonably priced, but I have a hard time buying a tablet without 3/4g.

While this would be cool, I also agree that a data plan for a tablet makes no sense. A new Nexus 7, however, is very cool.

I have heard about a Nexus 7.7 that is coming with Android 5.0 in June. It is supposed to be a little bigger.
If you Google Nexus 7.7 , you get a lot of entries for more detail.

Re: New nexus 7
Now that would be pretty cool. As much as I love my 7 it sometimes feels a little cut off. I will definitely be checking that out.
