Default When we getting ICS?
I heard that the Nexus S will be getting it. Now, how about us original Nexus'ers? The ones who started it all?

I hope that our Nexus 1s will get it...to me is not entirely clear from Duarte's claim (he mentioned Nexus S, I have't read about Nexus One )

I would be quite happy about getting ICS on the N1. I'm afraid that the resources available might require them to really strip it down to fit.

Anyone know what the CPU and memory requirements are? The Nexus S is a bit of a jump up from the N1, has anyone calculated if it will run?

From what i know ,the Nexus one has more computing power but less GPU power ,so it should be fine running ICS ,but in case you do not get it ,you can always root your phone and install Cyanogen [if they release ICS for Nexus one] ,i don't think that warranty issues will occur any more

Google confirmed today the nexus 1 will not be getting ICS

This folks is what we call officially cut off. The N1 will always be a great backup phone.

Or you can finally root ,and give your "baby" what he deserves ! Cyanogen will most likely release ICS for Nexus One !
