Doesn't look like it does. Problem is - I bought Titanium Backup and it's still doing its thing on schedule, but I can't get at it since the update undid root.
What's the easiest way to get it back? Will have to root again, but still don't want a custom ROM, and ICS has taken care of a lot of the crap.
