Default Contacts Lost (Restore Contacts)

Hi guys,

I recently came back from being away from home for 3 months on the road. While I was away, I lent my brother my phone to use for the time being.

I had 3 emails synced to the phone - 1 personal, 2 work related. I stored all of my contacts in one of the emails (synced?).

When my brother added his contacts, he simply synced them to any email he chose (either of the 2 other emails).

I decided to remove the 2 attached accounts from the phone which were not in use, which ended up accidentally deleting all of his contacts. I tried to re-add the accounts that i used and sync them, but the contacts simply disappeared. I don't know where they are stored, or how.

Ive looked on my gmail, the one i used, and all of my contacts are there. On the two other emails, there are no contacts stored whatsoever. Neither on the SD or the phone memory. They have simply vanished.

Is there something im missing, or need to look at so I can restore these contacts? Any help is greatly appreciated.
