Two things you can try:
1: Remove the Google account your using (Settings>Accounts and sync, Select your account, Menu>Remove account) and then redo the account.
2: Clear some cache data. Go to Settings>Applications, select Google Play Store, clear data and cache. Do the same for Google Services Framework. Then reboot.
