Default Nexus S 4G (Sprint) - improvements coming?

Hi All,
As I'm sure everyone is aware, the Nexus S is most likely being released on Sprint's network later this month at CTIA with Wi-Max.

This is amazing news for non-TMo users looking for a flagship stock Gingerbread device(!), however two big downfalls of the phone - namely no MicroSD Card slot and camera performance (grainy cameraphone-like shots) are two big issues.

I'm wondering if Samsung will address these issues with the release of Sprint's Nexus S. I'm betting they won't (probably will only swap internal radios for use on Sprint's CDMA network), but I'm reeeeally hoping they will. Thoughts?

That would be the smartest thing to do for the consumer but hey its probably not gonna happen but then again sprint is different so who knows in the end :-) wish I could upgrade tho

I am hearing that it will have a Super Clear screen instead of the Super AMOLED screen and it will add a SD card slot

I've got an EVO and have had tons of hardware issues. I'm really considering getting the Nexus S 4G when it releases on Sprint. Though I am addicted to the T9 Dialer built into the EVO....

I'm really curious to know how solid the Nexus S truly is....

The Nexus S is a great phone. It's definitely a plus for sprint users. Although if the sprint version does get the super clear LCD instead of samoled it seems like a big downgrade.

And I don't know what you are saying about the camera. My pics never come out grainy. Overall it's a great camera i have taken many pictures that turn out really well. The FFC on the other hand is grainy as hell. But you can't expect much from a VGA camera.

well i'm not sure how much of a downgrade super clear is but if it means we get an sd slot I'm in

I googled around for super clear and i don't see that it's really a downgrade in performance.
