Phone is acting weird, need help

Nexus one
Android v2.3.1

Last night I couldn’t access my pics, it just showed a black screen.
today I could access the pics, but a my phone wouldn’t unlock, when I swiped the lock nothing would move.
and pressing the power button it would be delayed.

I rebooted and it would unlock but no icons, than all of a sudden the popped up.

What is going on, I've had this phone for 6mo. with no problems.

Might try a full reset....always worth a shot...

What does that do? does it remove all my apps and data?
