Default Awake while screen is off?

The past few days my battery has seemed to drain faster than normal even though I wasn't using it much. I didn't change anything or install any new apps. Maybe I didn't ever notice this before, but now I see on the battery use graph lots of time that it was awake, but the screen was off. Nothing unusual is showing up on the battery usage list or the running services list. Any ideas? Any other ways to find out why it is awake or what could be running while the screen is off?

Nexus one, Android 2.3.4

Unfortuantely one of the things removed from Gingerbread was the handy list that told you what apps where keeping the phone awake.

I can still get it via Spare Parts, but I'm on CM7, stock might be different.
