I have a google nexus one which is currently running Android 2.3.4. Currently when the phones screen goes to sleep, sometimes I have trouble getting the screen to turn back on / come out of sleep.

I can only assume that this is some sort of software glitch, if I pull the battery and turn the phone back on it's fine again ~~ for a bit ~~ after a few hours it will go back to not being able to turn the screen back on properly.

I have already done a reset on my phone and this hasn't helped, and I've gone in and changed the sleep timeout values to see if issuing a change would help.

Any advice guys ?
