Thumbs up Pro Tip: Uninstall apps from Home screen

To continue what dkt started...

Did you know you can uninstall apps from the home screen?

When moving an app to the trash can, if you hold it over the trash can for about three seconds it pops up saying "Drop to uninstall."

I was so amazed, started telling all my friends about it and thought I'd share with the rest of the world.

So freaking awesome. Every time I take a breathe I discover something new of the system and I've been an Android guy since it first came out!

Yeah, this is a great little trick and I only found it by accident too.

You can take it a step further as well and uninstall apps from your app draw. Simply done by long pressing on the app (as if you were going to ad it as a shortcut to your home screen) and when the home screen appears drag, and hold, the app on the trash can.

Simple one step uninstall of any app on your phone. So so easy, go Android.

I've been doing that since before 2.2 with LauncherPro, always cool to see android adapt its stock applications based on successful developer apps
