Default Android galaxy centura wrong location, time

My Straight talk galaxy centura always shows that current location in Pensacola Florida when I am 170 miles east of it. Even after changing and verifying correct Google location for me....it continues this error.

Also the time keeps changing back to Zurich time.....6 hours earlier than me. I have a static wallpaper.....use mobile network data. I reset manually and it goes back to Zurich time.
Please help.

Have you signed in to a Google account on the phone, or are you using it without having it attached to your account?
