Default Installing gApps after rooting

GApps on the Nook Tablet - xda-developers

Google Apps will get you Market, You Tube, Gmail, etc. You can download them from here: http://goo-inside.me/gapps/gapps-gb-20110828-signed.zip

You must extract the wizard from them before installing them or you won't be happy.

For support, see the above link.
