Default Is it possible to change the icon size?

Hi all I have Nook Color and am running a dual boot CM7 sd on it.

I luv it BUT the icons are really rather small for my liking and I was wondering if there was an app or anything that will allow me to make them larger and thereby easier to see?

TIA
