If you want to upgrade, you can always do the following:
SETTINGS-->ABOUT PHONE-->SOFTWARE UPGRADE
If your phone is rooted and still using the Rogers baseband, then you should be able to get the update to ICS via OTA.
You can also try via Kies for the update.
I'm with Bell, and got mine via OTA, but I'm pretty sure Rogers has the same update available
But, I really think that the leaks are way better than the official updates
I know for a fact that Premium Suite is missing with the Bell update, you have to download the S Note app via the Samsung app store (thankfully this is free)
