Looping Android Logo

Hi,

I have an issue with my phone now and it not getting past the Android logo just before the home screen comes up. It's a Cricket phone, unrooted, and no recovery. I'm at a loss as to what to do, because I cant reflash the phone because I can't get into recovery, I can't use adb commands because it tells me device not found. The only thing I can get into is S/W Update, but the support tool tells me that my phone is not supported.

Is there a way to fix this? Please help me, I'm about to go insane!

Turn off phone. Hold down power, volume down, and either home or back. Try both. This will factory reset your phone

You don't know how many times I tried doing exactly what you advised without success until this time. Must be some hidden power you have.
