SD Card unexpectedly removed 2.3.4

I have a LG GT540 updated to 2.3.4 with cyanogen mod 7 ( the thread is in this forum) i installed it and it works great, although the Sandisk 8GB SD card unexpectedly removes even though i dont touch it. Also when it removes i have to re install all the apps that are on the sd card. It takes forever to do so can you guys please help.? I dont touch it and it is in a case that is hard to get off so it dosent fall, once again please help!

Class?

Many reported that Class 4 SD's get "Unexpectedly removed"... Class 6 works perfectly, I'm using a 8GB Class 6...

I get this sometimes on M6 and a 4GB card, but I dont need to reinstall apps on my sd card. on my card there is a 4 inside a partial circle, does that mean its a class 4?

Also is there any known fix for this, or will I just have to wait for an update to cyanogenmod?

I get this problem and i have a 16gb class 4 sd card. This has actually ended up corrupting music files. My apps dont uninstaall they just become unavailable. Try pulling out the card and replacing it, or restarting your phone. Can someone tell mur4ik this (in russian) as i would like him to fix it. Thanks for reading

Yap, that means it's class 4... Hopefully it'll be fixed later...

Mur4ik is aware of it, hopefully it may get fixed later...

Can any one tell me what kind of memory card i am using.i am having mosabear 8 gb memory card.i am also having same problem.Whenever i put my phone in lock screen mode its appear error of unexpected memory card remove and sometimes damaged .please help me.i am using cyanogen mod 6 (Also tried on cynogen mod7,clean 2.3)but same problem
