Default Lg Optimus L9 Root and OTA update Issues

Hey! Noob here. I have recently purchased the Optimus L9 and would like to root it. I have some confusion about the whole process that I would like some help with. I recently updated to 10g OTA. I did not realize that version is unrootable. Is there a way to flash back to 10e or is that impossible? Is there a root for 10g available? Will there be a jelly bean rom for the l9? Will there be cyanogen mod for the l9? Thanks for the help!

Noob out.
