Can I ask what your issue with sense is/was? This is my first time rooting and I put sense on because it was the first one i seen for 2.2.1 (mainly though the guide i followed mentioned it) i have not noticed any issues though besides right b4 I started writing this I attempted to turn my wifi on from the notification bar and I got an error message stating that wifi was not on and it took me to the network settings to turn it on. If you could give me the a break down of why you prefer this one over sense id appreciate it.

I couldn't get bluetooth to work. I'm trying to remember if GPS worked on not. I think it did...

I then tried CM7, and that was horrible. No Bluetooth and the GPS was useless.

I actually have grown to REALLY like chicken!

Yes this has been my rom of choice since the day it was released. I love the cm7 but cant stand the little things wrong with it.
I want this rom to support apps to ext3 and larger sd card read ahead that would be sweet.

Can we get a mirror up somewhere? google docs will not let me download. It says:

Sorry, we are unable to scan this file for viruses.

The file exceeds the maximum size that we scan. Download anyway

the download anyway link just refreshes the page and does not download. I have tried different browsers, OS, clearing cache to no avail.

edit:
was able to get the file on a computer on a different network. I am uploading it to megaupload in case anyone else is having the same issue.

In the process of Flashing Chicken eater....Now I have hexagons on screen and cant do anything else. Is there anything for me to do?

First boots after wiping dalvik take awhile, and sometimes it can even need the batt pulled for a second shot. If you have ADB you could run logcat and see what it's doing.

The hexagons are the boot animation by the way. Its a honeycomb themed animation.

I like that animi but there is a problem with it, it is almost twice as big as most boot animi's, which means it takes up lots of space on your phone

Absolute system tools has the same animation in different colors. Think its a smaller file size too

I had just ventured from 2.2.2 back to 2.2.1, that was a hell I do not wish to repeat, that BS took me 14 hours to fix, but im getting better at this I think, as always, thats all for most excellent directions, and above all ... patience cause I made hella mistakes.

I Need help!
Well Yesterday i did everything i need to install a ROM, And i put the ROM on my SD card so then i go to the recovery menu and then i llok for the rom in the recovery menu i go to A thats what i named the folder i put the rom in go in there and it only had 2 files but not the rom thing... i'm using teamchicken eaters rom can someone help me on what im doing wrong?

Dont extract it, just put it in that A folder as the whole zip and that should work
