When i start with the commands I get an error "SPC Result=Incorrect" so it seems that the request to send programming code is invalid (spc 000000) I finally have all this working and the code is not longer valid? Do you have any suggestions that could help me out? thanks

you need to put in your personal spc code. the 00000 one is just an example.

you can get your spc at
android - whiterabbit.org

just put your phone esn in and it will tell you the spc

Cry In complete panic here!!! need help asap!

Ok, so...I did the unbricking. Then followed the steps on the first page "to the letter"
The problem I have now is that my Meid Hex shows with a zero (0) before the A1000.... therefore changing my whole SPC and Meid Dec.
Anyone knows how to fix that!? I did the commands twice just in case it was an error form my part, but that isnt the case. Also, I cant find that file from the LGNPST thing ending in .nsv that the guys found a page before. Please helpme!!!

not sure bout workshop but if you have used lgnpst...plug your phone in and hit phone settings then read, and enter your spc code and there r all kinds ofsettings you can change

If you do what this tutorial says...the last step in a full recovery is found here:
[GUIDE] The MEID thread didn't restore service, my phone # is 000-000-XXXX HELP
Best of luck! I went from totally bricked to fully restored Call/MSG/Data!!!

Hi there!

I have been following the guides on this and have learned a lot about my phone till it bricked. So I followed all the guide's and lost my MEID. Used this forum to restore it but it did not restore service. I called metro and after 3 hours of dumb asses, I finally was able to call out. The problem is my data is not working properly, before I had to restore everything I had 3g speeds and was loving it, not I get connection timeouts and 1x almost everywhere. Even after re doing 3025 PRL. The initial problem was a tech telling me what the unlock code for the service menu was. They told me to Dial ##626* and it asked for an unlock code, the guy told me enter 587846, after several attempts, and a shitty tech getting frustrated like I wasn't typing in the numbers properly he put me on hold. The actual code was 328100, I remembered that when I got the SPC of my phone to upgrade to 2.2.1. So while on hold I put it in and found the menu to change it to the code they were calling.

So after some changes I was finally able to call out again and receive calls, but now my data is screwed and actually seems slowed than 1x speed. So I was wondering if anyone can help me I think maybe some of my Nam information is messed up. So I will post the info here and see if anyone can check to see if I have something wrong from the setup menu accessed as described above. I live in Atlanta GA btw.

At that point you want to use
HOW TO: Fully Flash an HTC Droid Eris to Metro PCS (Tutorial v2.0)
that guide, you will not need to dial a number to get that menu to work. just open that program.

There might even be an easier way, if you lost your information using lgnpst it actually saves a copy of it but I dont know how to retrieve it you could check out some of the lgnpst threads or just use the guide I linked to.

you need to use QXDM to write your MEID HEX back to the phone.

if you follow the first post of the guide it tells you exactly how.

You do not connect to metro for this.

First, is your phone connected? In QXDM go to Options>Communications>and change target port to the COM port that your phone is connected to and leave GPS disconnected. If you don't know what # COM port is your phone then find out in Device Manager.

If it's not because your phone is not connected to QXDM then try skipping the part where you enter "RequestNvItemWrite esn 0xXXXXXXXXXX"
and skip to "RequestNvItemWrite meid 0xXXXXXXXXXXX"
The first post on this guide says to keep it as 0xA0000XXXXXXXX but that is wrong (at least I'm 99% sure it's wrong), you should write it as I said "RequestNvItemWrite meid 0xXXXXXXXXXXX"
Also what is the response after you enter "RequestNVItemRead scm"
and after "RequestNVItemWrite scm 0x3a" ????

I wanted to see if there was anything wrong with what is active there, Should I call metroPCS and tell them my data is not working properly? and deal with their shitty ass reps that can barely speak English, to help me adjust settings? Or is there anyone here who can help me troubleshoot my problem, and get my phone back to where it needs to be. Any Help would be greatly appreciated, and yes it is an LG Optimus M.
First things first.....change the spc code to your msl...the one from white rabbit
Next...on lockout screen....nid and sid needs to be .. Sid 00000 nid 0
Nam 1 true...310
The overload class.....which u have a 7....make sure its the last number of your min.
Then finish the programming and reboot...
Dial ,##3282# data profile
Edit.....enter msl...
Username.....your # @aaak.mymetropcs.com
rev. Tunneling....true
Ha spi...either 259 or 103......mine is 103
Next....aaa spi...same as ha spi
Devive ip 0.0.0.0
,primary and secondary ip.... Same 0.0.0.0
Back out and phone reboots

Next dial ##626* enter your msl...not the metro crap 847blahblah
Go to data....
Mipnai your # @aaak.mymetropcs.com
Dunmip....same
Home ip 0.0.0.0
Dns for both..... 0.0.0.0
Sip nai... Same as above ..your # @aaak.mymetropcs.com

The pref for rc.....should be 3

Daya so should say ds _so_set_is707
Press it and it should popup with a 2
Socket data.....enable
Try that.......and the app anycut.....in the market....can access all the menus to fully program just about everything.....but if you have alll zeros for meid then you must use cdmaws to fix

Anyone pm me for more help

When i input each command on the command line and when i'm done,
Does the QDXM populate all the ESN's in multiple address locations?

I understand that maybe some phones carry the ESN in multiple address locations?

guide has has worked perfectly. Trying to understand it better.

Confused How To Restore Service If You've Lost Your MEID

This may sound kind of silly, but what/where is the Command Output Tab? Is it on the QXMD interface?

Thank you in advance!

You must have qpst installed to install qxdm...
Also disable your anti-virus.

Sometimes the stores know what it means, it may also be an IMSI or MSID

okay...whoever said to make anything on the phone "10digitphone#@aaae(aaak)@mymetropcs.com" is an idiot...

that prevents your data from working...it should simply be @mymetropcs.com

that is what got my data working again

now to root it allllll over again...sdklfhlsadhfkljhfskjd
