The optimus has almost reached the end of the line for me. Ive been waiting to get a 4g phone until the prices came down.. and with the Samsung galaxy attain 4g coming in a couple weeks.. 4g, 1ghz processor, 2 cameras, 2.3 os for a mere $200, I just cannot justify not jumping into the lte game.

I love what you wonderful people have done for me and my lil guy, helping me squeeze every last drop of power and fun from my optimus that was possible, but its just time to move on to something better.

The optimus m introduced me to android. To Modding android. I've learned so much from the experience, and just look at me now.. modding several devices, nook color, the optimus, ascend and so many of my associates and colleague's devices. Being here, and helping people as much as I can, not just in this subforum, but also in the nook color sub, and learning the whole way myself as I did so.. was just a wonderful experience for me.

Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart, for making this such a rewarding hobby.

Wait a few more weeks! New phones will be introduced and prices will come down even more.

The phone I mentioned is one of those new phones. They introduced it and a new phone from LG, the connect, that is also 4g but dual core. I'm sure the connect will have a hefty price tag, but I haven't found info on pricing other than for the attain @200.

Looks like the attain is coming in February, not sure about the connect.
