I'm not the one to blame for bricks
Don't even know if this boots so make a backup!!!!

For 3g mess with apns in settings must be done every reboot

This is lewa os

EDIT: it was a no go, it just says bad. i downloaded 3 times with wifi so i know it wasnt the download. i'll look into the update script.

okay, the good news is it booted. the bad news is touch screen does not work nor do the buttons on the bottom only one that works is power button but it looks very nice though :-) good job!!!

ill tell you what your the man i just booted it up with the any rom kernal and BOOM!!!!! everything works so far!!!!!! im still checking it out cuz i want a new rom so ill let you know how good it is but so far works like a charm :-)

YES. the boot.img has the touchscreen drivers. OM and OV touchscreen drivers are different. So you're not porting it the sane way you would when you go from OS to OV

I'm using the cm7.1 by playfulgod's boot.img....

Flashed OK, but after the LG logo screen which looked OK, The Lewa logo screen was horrible and all distorted, like old 8-bit looking. When it gets to the lock screen it still looks the same and touch screen doesn't work and cant get out of it.

No service or data even after setting an apn,also after flashing the metroff.zip it just seems like it doesn't wanna stick or something.

No, boot.img is the kernel. If he used an OV kernel, touchscreen wont work.

Boot.img from BACKside for OM is probably stabler ..Bs is the most stable rom for most people so far.

I still can't seem to get data to work, the apn will stick after flashing metroff.zip but it wont register it seems no service at all
