[REQUEST] Stock LG Optimus M 2.2.2 Phone.apk

I deleted my stock system/app/phone.apk file from my Android LG Optimus M (not the + edition, the old junker) and now I can not access my 3G or Data.

I am also receiving
"The process android.process.media has stopped unexpectedly"
constantly. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

: What I have done so far :
> Rooted Phone
> Attempted to Flash | Not successful (My fault, don't know how.)
> Found a few different phone.apk files on the Internet,
manually placed them in /system/app
> Posted here hoping for some Android Forum lervs!

once you move it to system/apps then you have to long press on it then set the permissions to=R-W-R-R HOPE THIS HELPS i use root explorer then you have to tap on the top to switch from RO to RW

I did the Write/Read access, I found the issue was not the apk at all, but some other system issue that happened when I flashed into a ROM incorrectly. I reflashed the ROM and the issue is gone.

Though, the ROM seems to still have some bugs. Switched to a new ROM and am fine now.
