You can try UnlockRoot. Here:

I found only one solution: Re-flash your stock ROM.
See, I'm not an full Android expert. (I'm just 17 years old now and learning the basics of programming. One day, I'll surely become an expert!
)
You can follow these steps to re-flash your stock ROM:
How to flash official KDZ ROM updates for your LG P690 mobile phone
After flashing ROM, you can consider my guide to root:
Guide: Root and install ClockWorkMod custom recovery on LG P690 (Optimus Net / Link / Spirit)
Unlock Root is really a wonderful tool.
I rooted my phone using Unlock Root and I've performed 3
HARD RESETS after rooting. But I've not lost my root access. That's why I recommend Unlock Root.

Vishal,
This:

It's actually a software(ROM) update for P690.
It'll make your phone just like you have recently bought it.
It should work.

Instead, try this:

And I'm moving this to the All Things Root subforum.

Yes,
Actually LG P690 is known by three different names:
1. LG Optimus Net
2. LG Optimus Spirit
3. LG Optimus Link

Well, I've still not found any stable ROM for this phone.
When I find, I'll post here.
