Flash Back Optimus One

first of all, i m new to android phone and dont have much knowledge about it...but i would like to learn to explore the android phone

i have upgraded my Lg p500/ Optimus One from v2.2 to v2.3 through Lg Mobile Update...now, i would like to try to root my Lg p500/ Optimus One...
as i know that rooting will cause the warranty to be voided, i would like to ask if i can Flash Back my Lg p500/ Optimus One to v2.2(the original version when i bought it) using Lg Mobile Update?

You can't flash it via LG mobile update.... you can flash 2. 2 using kdz update or lgdmp...

samrox, u mean i can flash from v2.3 to v2.2, right?
then may i know whr to get ''kdz update'' and ''lgdmp''?

in the below link follow the instructions to flash the rom you want...this is lgdmp method search xda forum for kdz updater but this is a safer one...if something happens and it is stuck dont remove battery ..just start the process again
