Default Hidden menu on LG Optimus T

I will not be responsible if you ruin/damage your phone while using this.
It's an extensive menu, lots of tests, an option for the factory reset (the power+vol+home option) and more info than you can shake a stick at.
I know it can be destructive - it already wiped my APN settings, so watch out. Use at your own risk !

Dial 3845#*509#

NOTE : after playing with it some more, it appears to be available on 2.2 through 2.2.2.
Your mileage may vary depending on what you use on your phone.

Good luck !

Wow, you weren't kidding! Just for fun, I'll list the options shown:

Version Info
Factory Reset
Device Test
Port Setting
Modem Setting
Module Test
SIM Test
Call Test
Aging Test
Streaming
Wap Debug
MMS Test
SMS Test
GPS Test
WLAN Test
Network Mode
FM Radio Test
DRM Test
KR Setting
Contacts Test
SyncML Test
ELT mode Test
LCD Module Test
FPRI Test
DB Check
Log service
DM/FOTA Test

Most of these I'm afraid to even try, for fear of losing something I wasn't supposed to have access to! But I got a raw list of GPS satellites from an option in the GPS Test, and the LCD Module Test cycles through test screens as you tap the screen.

I don't think I'll poke any further, though, until I find out what's a good low-level backup program I should install...

If you are rooted nandroid backup (through clockworkmod recovery) works great. It backs up pretty much your whole system.
