Angry phone saying removed SD card,what's up!!!

Hi guys hope someone can help. The other day i rebooted my phone when it came on it said sd card has been removed. I tried reboot several times didn't work, so after pulling The battery a couple of times it finally worked. This morning same thing happened, but so far pulling battery is not working, any ideas!
lg op v stock rooted ti backup.
TIA
Oh I have no pc,never had the card out!

Have you tried to safely remove card then remont it followed by a reboot?

I've never dropped my phone, been really careful with it.
I've never had the card out,phones almost a year old. Do you think i should remove it and put it back in then reboot?

Try unmounting with the Settings, then reboot.

Edit: Oh wait, what am I thinking hahaha nevermind, yea take it out physically. Do what you just asked.

Ok I'll try taking it out put back in then reboot
do I leave the phone on when I unmount?
I'm going to pull battery one more time!

It could be that sd card has gone bad. Go to settings-storage-unmount sd card. If it is greyed out, then just pull the card. When you put it back in, it should automatically mount the card. If it doesn't, you could have a bad card or the card reader could be bad. If you have another card, you can use that to find out. If that fails, put the card in your PC copy it, then reformat the card, copy everything back to the card and try it in your phone again.

No problemo, the reason the setting was darkened is because the SD card not being read by the phone....

Or your SD reader could be going bad.

I got a replacement because I had a bad sd card reader. Could read, or detect.

Before you start asking questions, it happened just the way you did yours. Damaged, and so on.

只要换了一张好一点的sd卡就完好无事了!

Change another sdcard, work well now!
