bricked my LG Optimus V

ok so I am stuck in clockwork mod recovery with no su everything I try is not working. I can access clockwork and abd shell can be done. I'm a complete newbie so would really appreciate the help. Thanx in advance

Go to the ZenGarden thread which is a little below this thread. Download the zipped version and put it with the list of folders on the sd card (just don't put in a folder).
Go to the All Things Root Guide and Download the Resurrected Bumblebee ROM (or whatever ROM you like plus the Gapps if needed).
Put it on the sd card in same area. Leave it zipped as well.

Put sd card in phone and get into recovery mode.

Go to "install zip from sd card". Then "select zip from sd card". Select the ZenGarden recovery. Select yes. When done hit the back button to get back to main recovedy menu.
Go to advanced section and select the "rebboot recovery" option. Select yes
It will now boot into the ZenGarden recovery.
Look for the "fix recovery loop" option and select it, then yes.
Go to the wipe section and select and apply each option once.
Go to "install package" option.
Select the appropiate option depending on wether you need to just install a ROM or the ROM+Gapps. Select the ROM (and Gapps if necessary). Select yes.

It should now boot into the new/clean ROM.
