Newbie questions about 2 symbols.

On the top of the screen there are 2 symbols that I do not understand them. There is an H with 2 arrows pointing up and down and it looks like my firewall that shows the internet traffic and also at times there is the symbol that is like 2 arrows in a circle that reminds me of a synchronization symbol. Does anybody knows what they are? I am on Cyan Mod 7 if that matters.

The [H] is for HSPDA (3.5G).. need a pic for the circle

Will take a picture of it when it will appear. Thanks as always for the help. Btw is there a way to disable the 3G? Or it does not draw extra battery?

Nevermind found it. I love this phone. Thanks for the help again

Also the sync symbol might had to do with the apps sync options. We will see.

If it only appears sometimes its probably is Sync
3G uses more battery then 2G alright

And I am guessing the only it offers for me at least is the MMS support which I never cared for much. I really really love this phone.

You only need 2G for MMS

@.@ What is 3G then for? The GPRS internet?

Its faster then EDGE 2G, and HSPDA (3.5G) is even faster then 3G!
