Cry Call barring

My phone was locked to orange network,I unlocked it,and I use my prie paid sim from yallo network (CH)...it was work perfect half a year...yesterday ,I reefil my credit ,but since then I cant call or send sms,but I recive calls and sms..I check call barring options and all outgoing calls options is on..when I try to turn this off ,phone ask for network password...I use a same code I use to unlock my phone from orange,but it not works...eny help please?

Does it work if you put your Orange (or any Orange) SIM in it? That will rule out a network or phone issue.

I newer use this orange sim,its not activated at all,and Im not shoore do I have it enymore!

Have a look for it, Orange may have seen that phone isn't using an Orange SIM and barred the IMEI.

A long shot, but still possible.
