Default Change phone

My wife has a San Francisco on an Orange PAYG contract.

I now have a spare HTC Desire. Could we just transfer the SIM across to the Desire?

Would there be any problems?

Is your Desire locked to a network? If it's unlocked (or on Orange) then there should be no problems at all, just put it in and it should start working as normal.

If it's locked to another network you will have to go and get it unlocked (the network phone shops should do it, or you can go to places like locksmiths who often provide that service)
