Default Orange Swapables - Games
Anyone else having trouble downloading the game they chose?

I chose dead space HD to download and everytime i click download it comes up Sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties.. Been like that for 3 days now...

Just rang them up and they suggested taking the battery out for 15 minutes (In which i just have - turning back on now) to soft reset all data info..

We shall see,,,

Nope still receving an error page zzzzz

Are you doing it over 3G or WiFi? A lot of the Orange services don't work if you use them over WiFi.

Doing it over 3G,

I used my other free game token and that game downloaded fine..

But my Dead Space free token wont download..

Hope u solved the problem now can anyone help me.

I have the play games as my swapable but whenever i enter it i jus go to the normal games page wer u are charged for the games.

Once it gave the option of selecting a free game of there choice then i culd pick any one, but not doen this in monts. Unsure what im doing wrong?
