In sight into T-mobile in the US from an insider point of view
Interesting (If a little long) view about working at the "pointy" end of the sales chain at T-Mobile in America.
I imagine that it is the same at all carriers and wondered if it is the same for the guys and gals we speak to in the UK to sort out our phones 
Have a read if you have 10 mins, it's quite interesting and emotive. 1 side of me agrees with them, the other kind of says "That's sales I'm afraid"
What do you guys think?
