Is anyone else having a nightmare with this?

I log into orange.co.uk, pay the amount owed with my debit card then get given a bill reference number. I leave it a day or so, call 150 and they have no record of my bill being paid. Check the bank, they have no record of any money leaving my account.

What the hell are Orange online playing at?

If a payment is made online it can take up to 72 hours to show on the system. I agree it should be a much shorter turnaround, something like 24 hours doesn't seem unreasonable.
