I've just had to make an Insurance claim and I'm happy to say, it went without a hitch.
My Phone has died and won't boot up so it's of no use to me. After going through the frustrations of the Orange automated system, I finally get to speak to an adviser. An English speaking one
She took me through various checks and troubleshooting attempts and agreed that the phone was infact knackered

A few minutes later she informs me that a replacement can be with me TONIGHT!!!
On a down side though, I had to pay £25 excess

Can't complain though, had the phone about 12 months....£6 x 12 = £72 + £25 = £97 for a no quibble new handset (I know it's not as simple as that and I'm being raped via my tarif but it makes me feel better

)
For once, I'd like to say WELL DONE ORANGE
P.S...Anyone know how to factory reset a dead handset?
