Default how to reflash android on tablet

hi everyone, I'm here to ask help for an android tablet, a my friend bought a low quality chinese one an during an update it power off itself due to the low battery charge.

The name on the tablet box is Superpad III, once you turn it on you see the infotmic logo, and in the right down corner the 0.6.1.2(619) text, maybe it refers to the android intalled version.
After that, "android" logo appears but the os doesn't load, because the screen become black, and a system sound is reproced, after this the tablet is as bricked, only thing to do is to force the shutdown by pressing the power button for 7 sec.

Could it be that the update was not finished when the tablet shutdown, and now os can't load all of its components ? Is there a way to reinstall the os through the sd card ? Where can I find a working os image ? Do you know which version do I need ?
Any suggestion is appreciated
