Default Mipal 3 Tablet problem

Whenever I try to download an app on google play, I am receive a message saying 'Your phone or tablet isnít a supported device. There is no way to manually add your phone or tablet to the device list on play.google.com, and you will not be able to use the Google Play website.' I also get this message when I attempt to download something from Google play on my laptop.

How can I fix this?
