HI,

I have recently gotten an Android Tablet it is one of those n'not very well known' ones, an Eken MT705 to be precise. I've managed to root it using Superoneclick, but have now been looking into custom ROMs. The problem I have is the ROMs all seem to be for 'specific' devices.

So, I was wondering if there are any 'Generic' ROMs that can be used with any tablet (Or phone) ? My Tablet runs Gingerbread 2.3.3 currently.

Also, I have been checking out some games, but a lot of the games I would love to try are, again, device specific, and ou have to DL the correct one for your device (For example, Gameloft Games). My question here is, is there a way I can play these games ? I have tried downloading them just to see if they work anyway, but because the site doesn't recognise my device it wont even download them. Is there a way around this ? If not, I can obviously DL them from 'other' sites, but which ones should I go for, to have best chance of success, (For Samsung, HTC, motorola, etc..). Someone told me to get the Motorola versions for the best chance they will work on other devices, is this true ?

Lastly, my device crawls sometimes using certain apps, even ones that shouldn't take a lot of processes. I have reset my device to Factory defaults already, but are there any 'auto tweaking' apps to get better performance? Or Apps to remove 'bloatware' automatically (as I have no idea what is, and isnt, safe to remove) ? Basically, I want to get the most performance out of my device, like when I re-install My PC, I automatically disable Regedit, and other similar resource-hogging processes, and go through services.msc to remove unwanted services to get my windows running great. I want to do this kind of thing to my Android Tablet. Any advice on this subject (ie./ Apps to use, Apps to remove, etc..)
