Default storage space (notice this question has been asked a lot but my problem is still not solved)

My Fusion is apparently low on storage space (internal storage). This may be a dumb question but I've noticed in other threads that people clear their cache. How do you do that? I've cleared all messages.

As for deleting apps, I only downloaded a radio, a game, a live wallpaper and a doodler so I shouldn't have to delete them I would think. I suppose this started when I was updating preinstalled apps because it said it needed updating. Is there a way to get rid of some preinstalled apps or do I have to settle for rolling back the updates? I hope I don't have to just roll back updates. I mean if you're going to have an app on there shouldn't it be up to date? Maybe I'm just being ridiculously OCD about this though.

Not familiar with the Fusion(a phone-tab?)If you have a model and manufacture that would be most helpful as well.
