Default saving pictures to sd card

ZTE z990g ..How can I save pictures from messages to my SD card?

Usually when you long press on the picture it will give you an option to save it. Have you tried that yet?

yes I did it but doesn't show that options..

K-try going into settings -applications-find the messaging app - long press it and clear cache . Retest saving a pic . If it doesn't work I will find some other options.
